  1. Choose Arrange Browse Fields from the Entry menu to open a dialog box where you can rearrange the order of fields that appear in Browse mode or exclude some fields from the display.

  3. In the dialog box, the list of fields that currently appear in Browse mode is in the Browse Fields list on the right.  The list of all possible fields is in the All Fields box on the left.

  5. To change the field order, select the desired field from the Browse Fields list and click Up to move it before the previous field or Down to move it after the next field.  Or, drag the selected field to the desired location.

  7. To select a group of adjacent field names, hold down the Shift key as you click the names.  You can select a number of isolated fields by pressing the Command key as you click each name.

  9. To exclude a field from the display, select it from the Browse Fields list and either click the Move button, or drag it to the All Fields list.  Use the same procedure to move fields you want to see from the All Fields list to the Browse Fields list.
